Ingeniero Solutions provides technical, consulting, and staffing services for leading global biopharmaceutical companies. Whether facilities are in the start-up phase or are fully operational plants, our services support the completion of GMP projects from early-stage design through to handover to the client for GMP use.
Our Services
While each project differs in scope, our staffing resources are highly-skilled and trained to provide the following services:
- Equipment/Process Design per ASME BPE guidelines
- Quality Risk Assessments and HAZOPs
- Commissioning & Qualification of GMP Utilities and Process equipment, in line with governing regulatory and engineering standards and compendia
- Validation – including but not limited to CIP, SIP, upstream/downstream production trains, filling lines, autoclaves, environmentally controlled areas, HVAC, and clean utility distribution
- Support during the sustaining phase of the equipment/process lifecycle
- Technology Transfers
We are also available to serve as an intermediary between a 3rd party client and a recruiter/consultancy agency whereby the agency and/or client may assign an Ingeniero Solutions representative to liaise with an individual resource or a team of resources to conduct performance reviews and provide technical support and training, as required.
